Can Picafort is located in the north of Majorca. Between Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia lies the fine sandy slightly inclined beach of 10 km length. Muro, at about 8 km distance, is the main village of the municipality. Here takes place a weekly traditional market each Sunday. Muro, with about 6.000 inhabitants, is an interesting village with old centre, very lively, many bars, restaurants and imposing church and a public bath. Can Picafort is a populated costal town with its own harbour and a widespread variety of spare time activities, such as horse riding, diving, sailing and tennis. Here you will find all shopping facilities, a vibrating night life and many good restaurants. The dwelling is situated in the Son Baulo district directly at the sea with marvellous views over the whole bay of Alcudia.

The dwelling lies in a 2-storey building on top floor, floor space 70 m² and 30 m² terrace. The sea views are breathtaking. 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, 1 with double bed 150 x 200 cm), kitchen with electric stove, washing machine, dish washer, cooler-fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and all the usual small electric devices, 2 complete bathrooms, spacious living-room with Sat-TV and open fireplace, air conditioning warm/cold, furnished in modern style.
