This romantical vacation finca with pool is on a distance of 5 km from the city and fenced in of fruit trees. Plot of 3000 qm is completely fenced in and has got a beautiful far green view. The new pool of 4 x 8 m with stairs to go into lies in middle of a garden, around it a large terrace and completely closed for security of children, a place of umbrage between the trees.  The house has got 3 bed rooms (1 with double bed 1,80 wide, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with 1 bed, 1 folding bed and 1 baby bed). 1 bath room, wash room with wash machine. Living/dining room with open fire place and sat-TV, also a open kitchen with vitro, oven, fidge/freezer, dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster.

There is a large covered terrace with garden furniture and on the pool terrace are 6 sun pitches. Guests can serve themselves from vegetable garden and fruit trees and get every day fresh eggs from the coop.

Manacor is the 3. biggest town of Mallorca with many shopping possibilities among other things LIDL, bars, restaurants and medical attention. In 10 car minutes you arrive several beaches, nautical ports, riding stables, tennis courts and golf links.
